When I used to live here, going back a while now, I loved the location and position of where it was situated. Not only did I love the location, the neighbours that surrounded me were lovely too!

I will miss this private cul-de-sac and its handy position for me to take a stroll down to the beach and to be able to drop the grandchildren off at school after staying the night.

I hope the new owners will make very happy memories here, as I have and enjoy turning it into their very own home.
