As a first time buy, this has been a fantastic home for us. We very much like this location due to the distance from the tube station and the great road links. Access to South Woodford, Loughton and Chingford is very easy by road as is Westfields in Stratford, which can be reached by the North Circular in approximately 30 minutes.

Since we have been here we have freshened up all the rooms and enclosed the outside area (lovely to sit out on a warm summers evening). When we have friends over to visit, everyone comments how they can’t believe how spacious our flat is and there is lots of storage too, which I don’t think you get in the more modern flats these days.

It is time for us to move onto a bigger property but we cannot express enough just what a great location this home has really been for us.
