I grew up locally and I went to school in Woodford so I knew the area had the perfect balance of modern amenities and the quieter aspects of life to enjoy. This flat has been in the family for some time and when it came to me I gave it a compete overhaul. I replaced the kitchen, bathroom, carpets and flooring. I also installed a new patio door which provides lots of natural sunlight throughout the day. The boiler is fairly new too so hopefully there is no work to do. I enjoy a bike ride throughout the forest at the weekends and you will often find me down at the Broadway or South Woodford enjoying a meal or a drink. I have got to know many people in the block throughout the years and it's such a friendly place to live.
