Since we have moved in, we have installed a new bathroom and a boiler, renovated the kitchen, garden and flooring. We love being located 2 minutes walk away from LLoyd Park and a 7 minute walk from the tube station. The garden is fantastic in the summer, providing a place to host and play with friends and family. Off street parking is a must and has been very useful for visiting guest. The flat itself retains heat and is spacious whilst being comfortable and the neighbours are very friendly.
