I was searching for the right apartment around 7 years ago. I was so impressed with the location of this apartment that I knew straight away that I wanted to buy it.

It is such a short distance to the town and the station but far enough away from the hustle bustle of Sutton.

The condition was great and the size was perfect for a buy to let. We are hoping that the fact we are selling the property without an onward chain will appeal to buyers. Hopefully the new owners will have just as a positive time during their tenure.
