We originally bought the flat for its fantastic location. Within a short walk I can be enjoying the sun on Southsea seafront, or having a few drinks or dinner with friends on Albert Road.

Since owning the flat we have done a lot of work to it. From updating the kitchen and bathroom to getting the garden into a condition that's relatively easy to maintain and therefore much easier to get enjoyment from. We just hope that the new owners get some enjoyment from all the work we have done to the flat.
