This was our first property and we very much enjoyed living here. We have kept it fairly neutral so hopefully it will appeal to the new buyer as well. We enjoy eating out in many of the local restaurants and I often walk to South Woodford tube station to access the City. As a family we often walk up to Elmhurst Gardens which I think is one of the most attractive parks in the area. There is also a new nursery that has opened up just recently around the corner, which has been very useful for us. There is a large supermarket only a few minutes drive away which is incredibly convenient. Further afield Epping Forest is a great place to explore with the children at the weekend. South Woodford offers a cinema many gyms and tasty places to eat out.
