I bought this property 8 years ago and it has been a great base in which to live.

The location is extremely convenient, with access to a choice of stations at Redhill, Earlswood and Salfords all providing direct links to London as well as being only 10 minutes away from Gatwick and around the corner from East Surrey Hospital.

I have enjoyed spending time updating the property throughout with a new bathroom, kitchen, flooring and gas heating system.

I have now moved to a different area and am not tying in a purchase so the property is chain free and can hopefully be a stress free purchase for the new owners!
