What first attracted me to the property was the light and airy living space with the balcony off of the living room.

The location is very quiet and private which I really like and I have always had a real feeling home here. I am going to miss my home but I feel that I am leaving a property in nice condition for the new owners. I hope the new owners feel as happy here as I have been.
