I was looking for an apartment that offered me easy maintenance. When I saw this development I was keen to secure one and have never looked back since. The location suited me perfectly - being surrounded by countryside it is great for a stroll over the weekends and I am spoilt for choice with good public houses offering delicious food.
In the development we are all owner/occupiers and I have some great neighbours and on occasions we meet up in the grounds and catch up over a glass of something chilled.
I have enjoyed the past 11years here but now I am relocating back to Scotland and offering no onward chain.
