Property description
This apartment takes in the most amazing views across Hythe Bay, so whether you are enjoying a coffee in the morning in the front porch, or reading your favourite book whilst sitting in the bay window in the lounge, you will be mesmerised by this stunning outlook.
If you like entertaining, then the grand dining room will definitely be put to good use, as it is extremely elegant and wouldn’t look out of place in a manor house. It is definitely one of those rooms that will blow your guests’ minds away.
If you are a fan of old fashioned kitchens then this kitchen/breakfast room has it all, including an Aga cooker, lots of storage space and a beautiful open fireplace. So when friends come over for a coffee and cake, this will be a lovely room to sit in and have a chat.
Now you may think things couldn’t get any better, well outside they do, and this is definitely an apartment where you are going to be having lots of garden parties. The owners used to work at the old Mackeson brewery and have recreated their own bar in the garden. Picture this; sitting in the afternoon sun with friends and family, listening to the relaxing sound of water cascading down the water feature, whilst enjoying a drink from the bar as the children play on the lovely lawn. When the sun goes down, you can retreat to the comfort of the charming summer house. This garden really does have it all.
What the Owner says:
When we viewed this apartment we were totally blown away by what greeted us. A long sweeping drive as we approached the house gave the entrance a very grand feel, however nothing could have prepared us for when we stepped into the apartment.
The first thing we saw on entering the porch was the beautiful elegant front door, then when we walked inside we were speechless, as this apartment had everything that we dreamed of.
We are both keen gardeners and as this apartment had its own private garden, we didn’t need to hesitate and offered the full asking price. One thing that we can say for certain, is that our home has made us feel very privileged to live here.
