We couldn't believe our luck when we found this flat, it had everything on our checklist - 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garden (rare in Brighton without being a dreary basement!).
The location is perfect, St. Ann's Well Gardens on the doorstep, an outstanding school opposite, the beach down the road and Brighton town centre a short walk away.
