After a lengthy search for our dream home we were finally introduced to 'Gwydyr Mansions' - it just blew us away and within no time at all we were in and settled. It has been the most wonderful home for the last eight years; central, close to the beach, and within walking distance to shops and our favourite eateries and bars. Our home is quite unique and only two of a kind in the building, we have access from our lounge directly onto the communal gardens, making summers here quite special, this doorway also doubles up as our own private entrance. This has been such a happy home for us and we will be sad to leave, but due to relocation to Cambridgeshire we are reluctantly having to sell.
