When I stepped through the door for the very first time 10 years ago I couldn't believe how spacious and bright the apartment was, it also has plenty of storage which is essential anywhere you go. The views and being so close to the sea sold the property to me, and everyday I feel so lucky living here. I can watch the sun rise and set in this wonderful location.
This small block is exceptionally well run by the residents and always clean and tidy.
The position is superb and has been perfect for a stroll along the beach or to the local restaurants for an evening meal.
I will miss the property greatly but I now need to move to a smaller property as I am getting older.
