We moved here almost a decade ago and for us it was all about the space that this flat offered. Compared to so many other flats we viewed, this one was head and shoulders above the rest and gave us the room we so desperately needed. It was just the two of us back then but we knew we wanted to start a family and the space inside this flat meant we wouldn't have to move anytime soon so we snapped it up. Since living here, we have redecorated and replaced the kitchen and bathroom and have literally just had some new carpets laid. With two children in tow it's now the right time for us to take the next step up the ladder but this has been a great first home for us and we are hoping to stay in the area due to the schools and convenience.
