The first thing that I really enjoyed about this property was the amount of space that it has compared to a lot of the other properties that I saw at the same time.
The fact that I work in the City has been a major convenience with access to either Hainault or Grange Hill station. It's so easy and literally takes me minutes to walk.
Having lived here for over 20 years I have really enjoyed living in this block and from the cleaners to the grounds keepers, the development is always kept nice. We will truly be sad to leave.
