I purposely was in search for an apartment in which I could downsize to and had viewed many properties previously all lacking in the storage and size department, especially which would take my larger antique furniture.
As my elderly mother was possibly moving in with me at the time, I was in search for a property which allowed us to be within the same space, but also give us independence with the second bedroom enjoying a large separate Jack n Jill shower room. The security and gated off road parking was also a draw to me, as when I am away travelling, I have the comfort knowing that everything is safe & secure.
