The best thing about this flat is the size and the location. It is larger than the average apartment and is light and airy.

On a nice day it is easy to walk to the sea front and beach. The scenery coupled with the choice of cafes, restaurants and entertainment make a lovely day out. It is amazing being so close to everything.

For those wishing to travel to London for work or pleasure, then Broadstairs train station is just around the corner.
