Having lived here for 17 years it will be strange to be moving on! An exciting chapter lies ahead however as I plan to upsize with my other half.

When I first saw this property I was amazed at the space on offer and it felt bigger than some houses I’d viewed at the time. Having my own front door has also been great as I don’t have to share any communal hallways with neighbours which has been great.

I have recently replaced the kitchen with a more modern one and I have also replaced the steps down to the garden and hard stand. The parking has proved to be invaluable, especially in Brighton where parking is like gold-dust!
