DEPOSIT AND FEES
When applying for a rental property through Bartrams Sales & Lettings there will be fees and a Deposit to pay. We will ask for a non-refundable administration fee of £199.00 inclusive of VAT for a one person tenancy per property, which rises by £99.00 inclusive of VAT for each additional person over the age of 18 years. This fee also covers credit and reference checks. If you require a guarantor this will cost an additional £50.00 inclusive of VAT. A Deposit will also be required prior to your move in and is equal to one months rent or in exceptional circumstances a different amount may be advertised, this will then be submitted to the DPS.
