PARKING The apartment comes with one allocated parking bay located at the front of the development and large enough for two cars to be parked one behind the other. Limited parking (half an hour between 8.00 am 6.00 pm 7 days-a-week) is available on Queens Road and extended stays are permitted after 6.00 pm without a permit. Similarly limited parking (one hour, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm 7 days-a-week) is available on City Road and, once again, extended stays are permitted after 6.00 pm without a permit.  

LOCATION You will find easy access to the A483, A55, M53 and the M6 meaning destinations such as Birmingham, Liverpool, North Wales and Manchester are easily reached using these connections. 

LOCATION Stamford House its near the St Oswalds roundabout meaning access to the City Centre, Upton and Hoole is never a problem whether you are commuting on foot, by car or using the various connections to public transport that are always readily available.
