**There are various fees a tenant is responsible for in additionto the rent payment. Our landlords require a one-off security deposit which isnormally an amount of 6-weeks rent and this gets secured in one of thegovernment recommended schemes for security purposes and upon vacating theproperty this is refunded, so long as the property is handed back in thecondition it is found in (you will be advised on the exact protection schemewhen you move in). We do charge administration fees which cover the referencingprocess and execution of the tenancy agreement(s) and is charged at £150 forthe first tenant and £70 for any subsequent tenant. Should a guarantor berequired these are charged at £35 per guarantor.
