The flat is very bright and big, centrally located on Clapham Road a one minute walk away from Oval tube station (Zone 2). Both bedrooms are nice and big and come fully furnished. We have a big lounge and kitchen and a beautiful little garden towards the back of the house. The flat is super quiet and its layout is very unique. Unfortunately we have to move out, so we are looking for someone to replace us in the tenancy agreement which ends in September 2016. Our flat is available from mid/end July. It has a lot of storage space, a washing machine, a dishwasher, big oven and stove and we will leave our furniture for you, so it will be fully furnished. Oval tube station is a one minute walk away (Zone 2) and Vauxhall is about 10 minutes away (walking distance). The area is nice and quiet, there is a lot of supermarkets and pubs and Central is easy to reach within 10 minutes on the tube or 20 minutes on the bus. Gyms nearby.
