Back office work including negotiation andpreparation for your tenancy

At Rent North East, we work hard to makesure that you find a suitable property. If you are unable to pay the upfrontfees or cannot provide anything that we have requested, then please let usknow, and we will do our best to work out an alternative arrangement that worksbetter for you.

New Tenants:
Full Property: £250 fee applies, of which£150 must be paid before receiving keys, and the balance can be paid up to onemonth after the move in date.
Room: £150 fee applies, of which the full£150 must be paid before receiving keys.
We will also require that a guarantor or adeposit is provided. A guarantor must be either a home owner, or twoprofessionals. A deposit is usually the value of one month’s rent.
