Head out of the town centre on A40/West Wycombe Road, at the Pedestal Roundabout take the first exit onto A40 entering West Wycombe Village. This fee is inclusive of VAT and covers all the pre-tenancy costs (application fees, referencing fees, general administration fees and fees for drawing up tenancy agreements) involved when making an application to rent a property, for up to four people.

• 1.5 month’s rent as deposit In addition the tenant will be responsible for the cost of the check out at the end of the tenancy. This is a variable cost and can be between £0 and £195 depending on the size of the property and the level of furnishing.
