- Reservation fee: Equivalent of half a months rent to secure the property. This will contribute towards the initial payment.
- Deposit: Equivalent of usually 6 - 8 weeks rent (unless agreed otherwise). This is usually held by the Deposit Protection Service (unless agreed otherwise), for the duration of the tenancy (unless agreed otherwise).
Withdrawing from A tenancy:
- In the event that you withdraw from the tenancy your reservation fee is non refundable once the offer is accepted.
During your tenancy:
- Renewal Fee: £120.00 per property
- Additional clauses mid-term fee: £60.00. Payable by the person requesting the change
- Change of occupants mid-term fee: £340.00
ending your tenancy:
- End of Tenancy Fee: The cost of the end of tenancy/inventory fee depends on the size of the property (£150.00 - £250.00).
- Interest on any unpaid or late rent at 4% above the base rate of Lloyds Bank.
