We have enjoyed our home for over 15 years now! Since we have lived here there have been new windows installed. There is an amazing feature window in the lounge with a view overlooking gardens.

We automatically fell in love with the location of this flat. My son regularly just nips into town and walks back, and I love being this close to the sea.

We have a lovely modern bathroom and because it is such a good size we managed to have a full bathroom suite plus a walk in shower. The garage is a great bonus as we can leave the car at home and walk everywhere! We have extended the lease so there will be no worries for the new owners.
