We moved from the Isle of Dogs to this area as we have family locally, it really has been a fantastic place to live. I enjoy the fact that standing on the balcony and having a cup of coffee in the morning I overlook the golf course and the local woodland. Over the years that I have been here we have decorated the whole flat but more recently we have freshened up with a lick of paint ready for the new owner. The garage has been invaluable to us as you can park your car in front of it, but also you can store anything you might not need in the flat. We are moving to Chingford as we already have a house there, but the fact that we are staying in the local vicinity is testament to what a lovely place this is to live.
