This flat was an investment for me originally and I had a long standing tenant which created a good source of income. I have since moved in myself and have found this to be a key location as I can access amenities both local and far and to be being able to reach the North Circular within a matter of minutes.
Recently I have freshened up the place. I think the kitchen is a really good size and having two double bedrooms means that there is a lot more space here than the more modern flats. I never struggle to find a place to park my car and we also have an external cupboard which is handy for bikes etc.
