Having lived in this flat since 1999, I can honestly say I have loved my time here. I was first attracted to the location of Sunset Avenue as across the road there was the Woodford golf course, Epping forest and a great selection of shops and restaurants a short walk away.
The block itself is very quiet and extremely well maintained to a high standard. We have regular window cleaners, gardeners and cleaners for the communal area's, making it a real pleasure to live here and a pleasant place to come back after a day at work.
I enjoy going down the road to Bel-sit and other local restaurants as a place to catch up with friends. I am sure the new owners will enjoy Aurora Court as much as I have.
