When I was looking as a first-time buyer, I looked at many other flats and couldn't believe how spacious this one was when I first viewed it.
As soon as I pulled up to the development, I was drawn to the well-looked after communal grounds.
I have really enjoyed living here and one of the things I will definitely miss has to be the views across the Valley, especially from the living room window.
