I bought this flat in 2013 as I immediately fell in love with both the apartment and the surrounding area. The location is fantastic being at the edge of the Surrey Hills and yet within a short drive to Dorking. I lead a busy lifestyle so I wanted a property I could move straight into without doing any work, and the flat faces south meaning it is always bright and light.
My partner and I are now looking to buy our first house together, and as we love the area so much, we are aiming to stay in Westcott as it has everything we want in a village. We are keen walkers and cyclists so having the Surrey Hills in our back garden is a dream come true.
