When I first saw this apartment I was instantly drawn to the space that was offered. It is so hard to find an apartment where the rooms are all of such a good size! The location was also key, I could walk into town or be at the mainline station in 10 minutes, perfect for when I had to travel into London.
The apartment block itself was a big pull. The way the block is maintained has always given me great comfort. I know that if there are any works to be done, there is always enough in the reserve to take care of it. This has always been a weight off my mind. I truly hope that whoever lives here next will enjoy the apartment as much as I have.
