We moved into the Dockyard over seven years ago and fell in love with it.

The area is pretty private, scenic and well maintained all round. Our life style meant that we wanted a property with little or no maintaining whatsoever and this ticked all the boxes and more. Everything which has been done to this apartment is of a very high standard, which is pretty evident as you walk around.

The solid oak floor which greets you is just a taste of what is on offer. One other major advantage of this place is the vast amount of storage it has in the loft area, as a result of being on the top floor with no-one else above. We all know how handy storage is, especially in apartments.
