We have really enjoyed our time here at Magnolia Court and it has been a superb property for us. We initially bought the property as the location was brilliant for local transport and amenities in Sutton but on a road that was quiet and desirable.

When we first walked through the door we were blown away by the size of the hallway, with the lounge being bright and airy with wonderful elevated views.

All the other rooms were also generously proportioned with two double bedrooms and a large kitchen.
We will really miss the property but know we are handing over a fantastic apartment to the new owners.
