I can honestly say that I have really enjoyed owning this property. The apartment has really suited my needs and loved it that is on the top floor all by itself!

I often entertained friends as it is such a social place - especially with the balcony to spill out onto – and it is a real joy to cook in our lovely kitchen.

When I moved out I rented the property and have always had people desperate to rent, so know first-hand that it is a brilliant investment opportunity as well as a place to live.

It will be sad to sell but know we are handing over a fantastic property to the new owners.
