I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property for me. I purchased the apartment as it was just so spacious compared to other properties available at the time in the price range, with a location that was so well located to the High Street and great transport links.
I purchased to live in but if you are looking for an investment it could be a very easy option for anyone to rent out, as well as a great first time buy, especially as I have looked after the property throughout my ownership.
I will be sad to sell but know that I am handing over a very good property for the new owners.
