We were looking for our first home and only really considering an area between Horsham and Haywards Heath. We started looking at houses only and after viewing what seemed like countless properties we were starting to become a little bit despondent as they all were very pokey. We received a call from Cubitt & West in Southwater telling us about some really lovely new apartments and at first we were a bit reluctant because we wanted a garden and freehold but it did sound very nice so we had a look. When we opened the front door we could not believe the size of the hall and were both quite excited. Once inside we just could not believe how big the property was. We could see ourselves living here and made an offer quickly to secure our home.
It has been a great place to raise our child and very convenient for everything we will be sad to leave but we are moving out of the area.
