I have owned this property for over 20 years and the first thing that stood out to me was the style of the property. It's a real Southsea property with character. The size was another thing. The room sizes have worked extremely well for what we have needed it for and I know it will suit someone else just as much.

The location is fantastic. It's so close to everything. You can walk to all the local shops and enjoy the many restaurants and pubs along the way. You have the added benefit of the road being really quiet and the neighbours are lovely.
