I have owned my home in East Hall Walk since it was built and have enjoyed my time here.
While living here it has been nice to get home from work and not have to look for somewhere to park. It is also very quiet here as being on the first floor you can’t hear much at night, giving you some peace and quiet while catching up on the TV.
Since moving in I have added under floor heating the bathroom & ensuite, which is nice during the winter months when getting up and getting ready for work. We have also found being 1st floor, our heating bills are minimal as well!
