Property description
Attention all buyers!!! This could be a great investment or first time buyer opportunity and with two double bedrooms, there should be no arguments as to who gets the biggest.
The apartment is in a central location near to bus stops, shops and Queen Elizabeth Hospital which would be ideal for anyone working there. Charlton Station just over a mile away which means you could be in central London in no time at all, so sightseeing, museums, bars, restaurants and plenty of activities could be just a short train ride away.
Inside the property and only one floor up from the ground, you get a spacious lounge diner which is big enough to host a family gathering and at Christmas you could easily get them all sitting at the table, the windows from the side let a huge amount of light in which brings the whole room to life. Both the kitchen and the lounge have access to a balcony which looks out on to the communal gardens and the tennis courts which can be very busy at the weekends.
This is going to be a very popular property so early bookings of viewings is advisable, in fact you had better get your trainers on and get on your starting blocks, this is going to go fast.
What the Owner says:
We started living in this property back in 1973 and in 1991 we bought it through the "right to buy" scheme.
Since 91' we have updated the kitchen, bathroom, rewired the electrics, we have changed the boiler and the flooring and of course decorated the whole apartment numerous times.
We have loved living here and that must be apparent because of how long we have spent in this apartment, 43 years! The only reason we are moving is because, we now feel it is time to move into a retirement property
