OWNERS COMMENTS I have lived here very happily for seventeen years now. It has been a wonderful home to live in, as well as being in a handy, convenient location for daily life. Everything I need is within easy reach, including local shops, the high street, transport links across the Island, doctors and dental surgeries and of course the ferry terminals for quick and easy access to the mainland. On a hot summers day it is one of life's little luxuries being able to walk down to the beach and enjoy an ice-cream. As well as the setting, the size, layout and character of the house that attracted me to the property all those years ago. Even after all this time living here, I never get tired of coming home and admiring this grand old building. I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
