What attracted us to this apartment the most was the location, from here we have loved being able to walk along the esplanade to the Royal Harbour, or the other direction through King George VI park and onto Broadstairs. We bought the apartment as a second home, and loved finishing work on a Friday, and within an hour we would drop our bags off and head to the Harbour to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the boats, it felt like we were on holiday every weekend!

Our circumstances have recently changed and we have decided to sell the property, which is chain free. The property could offer good opportunities for rental income as a "Buy to Let".
