It’s a really quiet road that the building is located on and the other residents in the building are friendly and quiet too.

I would imagine that the property would be absolutely ideal for first time buyers as it is a nice and affordable way for somebody in that position to get on the ladder without having to spend a fortune each month paying a full mortgage.

I will be sad to leave but its time for someone else to enjoying living here.
