When we purchased our lovely apartment we had a choice of all the flats as we were one of the first to buy.
We love the block we live in as it is very quiet and all our neighbours are very nice.
The main living area is a good size and has worked really well for us.
The parking is good, we have an allocated space and if you need extra there is lots of on-street parking.
I travel to London by tube and my husband uses the M11 to London, so it is really convenient for both of us.
