We were originally looking to buy a home in this area to be near to our daughter and we decided on this flat in Loxwood for a number of reasons. We loved the village in general as it's so friendly and there are a great number of activities and entertainments including jazz evenings held in the renovated village hall. We also liked the location of this particular flat as it is in such a quiet and peaceful area with an attractive aspect from the lounge looking down the road.

The fact that we have our own garden is a real plus point as we can sit outside during the summer months and enjoy the sunshine.
