I originally bought this property because of its location. It is close to Reigate and Epsom which was useful for my work and when I wanted to get up to town, the station was only a short walk away.

Despite all this, the location is still nice and quiet. It’s great being able to come home and relax in peace after a hard day’s work.

For the last few years, I have let the property out and achieved a good rental income. There is so much to attract people to the property that finding tenants was never a problem.
