When I was looking for a home it was hard to find what I wanted, but when I viewed Samuel Drive it was everything I needed and I immediately knew I had to have it.

The main thing that stood out for me, compared to other apartments that I had viewed, was the extra storage gained from the garage that comes with it and also the garden.

It was a lovely home to live in and in recent months I have had the property rented out, due to the change in my lifestyle and the tenants have been great, but I feel now is the right time to let the home go.
