OWNERS COMMENTS The size of the flat, as well as the fact that it was newly built made this a very appealing choice of property to go for as my first home. The ability to purchase the flat on a 40% shared ownership scheme was great. It is a bright, sunny, spacious place to live and it is also very economical to run. The building is very quiet and the neighbours are friendly and considerate. Having the allocated parking space is also brilliant for when we come home loaded with shopping bags. We enjoy lovely views here, especially from the lounge/diner. We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have for the last two years.
