There were many attractions to my lovely hoe, the most obvious being the views. Dyke Road Park is on my doorstep, I have a local parade of shops close by as well as a 24 hour Tesco just around the corner.

For popping into town there is a bus stop adjacent, just a 10 minute ride and you're in central Brighton.
